Our website is designed to be fully accessible. If you have any difficulties please CONTACT US

Wheelchair access

Ledbury Poetry House is fully accessible on the ground floor with wide front door and kitchen/toilet accessible.

All main Ledbury Poetry Festival venues have wheelchair access. If you need any assistance on site, please ask a steward. To book wheelchair space in performance venues, or if you require a BSL interpreter, please CONTACT US.

Hard of Hearing

All seated venues have an area covered by hearing loop assistance. Please inform a steward as soon as you arrive at the venue and they will supply the receiver and loop.

Neuro-diversity and access

We want to make the festival experience in Ledbury as easy and comfortable as possible. When you have booked your tickets please CONTACT US with your booking reference and make your needs known so that our stewards can prepare for you on the day. The Festival stewards can reserve seats for you at the side of each of the venues should you need to avoid the queue. You can enter after the rush at the beginning and leave before the rush at the end or pop out at any point during the events.

Sunflower Lanyards

Wearers of the sunflower lanyard with non-visible access and ability issues are welcome. In the event of coronavirus distancing and any mask-exemptions, please alert us in advance so we may seat everyone with due care.

Parking and Disabled Parking

Parking is available in the St Katherines Car Park and Lawnside Car Park and Bridge Street Car parks all of which have disabled parking spaces.  More information at Herefordshire Council – Ledbury Car Parks
