Ellie from Creative Pathways hosted a Best Practices for Working with Volunteers Forum today, inviting organisations from across Herefordshire to come together and share knowledge and experience. Some interesting and important conversations took place about how to attract, retain, and support volunteers. Creative Pathways aims to support arts, cultural, and heritage organisations to offer more flexible and inclusive volunteering opportunities to people of all ages and abilities.
